Manicures and Pedicures for men
« on: December 29, 2012, 04:14:35 PM »
If your head looks good and you dress cool no matter what fashion or style.

Being in sales and other jobs , yes I have had some pluming jobs, ditch digging good pay .  But always have believed in taking care of myself and looking good as I can.  Slobs want to be slobs, cool wants to be cool !

I do not have the money to spend as I use to on the above items , it is like a head and beard shave but I also added the above it was darn good.  Those days are gone but I do it myself and get complimented many times for the class.  Ah Shucks like to look nice for those young philly's !  And they sure do appreciate it.

What are your thoughts  8)

Although I don't go crazy like others do, I regularly make sure my fingernails look good. As for feet, I'm regularly filing down calluses (one of the lovely side effects of years of retail.)

Yes indeed , having Diabetes type 2 foot care is very important.  A person gets alittle cut and loses a foot or more.   O0  Keep it up brother.   ;)  If your feet aren't happy you aren't happy.  ;)

Never had the pleasure ... but sometime in 2013; the gal who used to cut my hair (ha!) said she'll give me a free manicure if I stay sly for six months.

Well, kids, the six months are up!

I had a wedge reduction on my big toe nail, to remove an ingrown before Christmas....doesn't that count? Lol

I would like to get a manicure every now and then it just costs too much for me.

My wife got me into getting pedicures.  I was against it, but once I did I realized that I no longer get ingrown toenails if I get a pedicure every 3 months.

Uh no. Definetly not my thing. I'm a little too old school for that and definetly not "metro" enough for it.

If my big, bald headed, tattooed self walked into one of those shops.... all those cute little Asian girls would run away screaming in terror!! Of course I would then have the entire shop to myself...... Hmmmm.

Great answers and it comes down to how all of us feel about our own sexuality.  I had a problem with it for sometime but then I meet a Italian guy that was
totally satisfied with his skin and his person, and his  ;) O0 Italian family.   Do to the fact that I do can't a ford the life I once did , doesn't mean I can't live the life I like.

Go to you tube and they have some great videos , that I do it myself.  On Manicures and Pedicures.  Would like to say Cops, Fireman, Construction workers also do it.  And I do it  O0  And proud of it.

Nice nails on your hands , lady's look at. In retail sales this helps.  In meeting a lady it helps, if you don't care no big deal either.

One last thing  ;D :*)) Tom , I have heard of fish in a bowl , and items have been dropped in from the human body, but it wasn't feet .  And  ;D I have never tried it.   O0  For any that have please advise.

In the UK the "Fish Pedicure" was a big craze this year, though, they seem to have disapeared now. You put your tootsies in a tank full of these little fishes that nibble off all your dead and hard skin.

Thing is, How do they know what is manky and what is healthy? Granted Ive not walked passed the shops seeing people thrashing around as their feet are consumed pirahna style!
