Hate to say it, but you look like any other good-looking guy with a close cut.
In other words, don't worry about it. It all looks incredibly normal.
Well done.

The other day someone tried to guess my age and said 34 (I'm 28), maybe they envy by buzz cut lol

The buzz looks good. I used to wear a buzz, but got curious about trying sly. I would not go back now. I love the smooth feel on the dome. You're almost there. You'd look good with either one.
There's a lot of head shaving experience here on SBG. Just ask, and let us encourage you to join us.

When I had long hair, people routinely guessed I was in my mid-30s while I was in my mid-20s (not 100% related to appearance, I was also a pretty senior executive and have always been perceived as "mature.").
Now at 30 people are guessing I'm in my 20s
The age thing might not have anything to do with your hair, and it might actually be a compliment (being perceived as more mature/responsible), so don't let it get you down too much.
Plus in the grand scheme of things, 34 vs 28 isn't that huge a deal. But you're right, they probably did envy the buzz

I think the buzz looks good. You seem to have a good hairline and it's dark so I think you would get a lot of shadow. A good buzz can look just as good

Welcome my friend. The buzz looks good. Some people are just hopeless at estimating ages -- you don't seem to have enough wrinkles to be 32 so I would guess about 28 or maybe 26.
Much, much easier to keep it buzzed than to go with all that other crap and you are saving money big time. A lot of people spend thousands on various treatments only for them to fail down the track. Some on this site have had hair plugs and when they no longer looked adequate they wanted to shave it all off but felt it necessary to have the scars caused at the donor site treated first. More cost and worry.

I totally agree, I made the decision when I started looking at pictures of people doing the hair transplant thing, the scars looked awful! and you need to maintain it constantly, that's not fun for me
