Anyone using ClearHead?
« on: November 25, 2012, 01:27:07 PM »
I'm getting ready to try this stuff for the first time. I've been using Nivea Extreme Comfort Post Shave Balm up to this point. I don't really have a huge problem with breakouts or ingrown hairs, but I feel my scalp could be clearer from red dots and such, so I'm giving ClearHead a try.

With the Nivea balm, my usual routine was to finish things off with a cold water rinse. I found this to be great for reducing irritation. With ClearHead, should I do the cold water rinse before or after use? Or should I just skip the rinse altogether when using ClearHead?

Do a cold water rise before using ClearHead.  Note that ClearHead contains alcohol, so it may sting at first.

Thanks. I really hate aftershaves that sting, which is why I tend to go for gentler, alcohol-free balms. But if this stuff is worth the pain, then I'll endure it.

Where can you buy clearhead at? I have never seen it here in Oklahoma.

It stings a little depending on how aggressive your shave was but I love the stuff. Best stuff ever invented.

I've found that after using ClearHead for the three months I've been shaving now I only get a sting from it after a rough shave from a dulling razor. Makes my head really smooth after shaving, I really like it.
