I actually heard something about this in a way. The more you ejaculate the more testosterone your body produces. MPB is caused by testosterone in a way. So frequent ejaculation causes baldness in a way.

That explains why my hair went very fast in my early 20's.  In fact, I have had two prostate biopsies in the last two years and nothing was found cancerous, yet my blood PSA levels go from 1.2 to 4.4 within a year and my Urologlist is frustrated that it could be attributed to my personal   (uh-hum) you-know-what   natural calling. Geez, being a male is difficult, let alone dealing with hairloss!  

Kidding aside guys, those of us 50 and over should get routine Prostate Blood PSA work done as prostate cancer is a silent killer until its too late to hear the prognosis
