I have never had any problems with the headblade, and the same thing with the adaptors.
Paul, this is from the HeadBlade.com site (under the Warranty section):With regular use the HeadBlade should last a year. After eight to nine months you should consider shelling out for a new one. Now go buy the HeadBlade®.Just FYI ... the Sport I'm using seems rather indestructible other than the adapter which is easily replaced.
I had my first one for three years and then left it in a hotel room by mistake. It worked as well as the day I bought it.I've had my current one for two years with no problems.I do change the adapter about every 3 months or so.
No problems with mine. The only way I can see it being damaged or broken is by dropping it in the shower.
Hello. Can you estimate the headblade ( classic / sport ) lifetime? did you ever changed one because it..broke or so?

After several months, the wheels came off during the middle of a shave. Fixed them back on, then they came off yet again. Now before I each shave, I make sure the wheels are pushed firmly in place before use.
