I figured most of you would enjoy this....
My son is in his senior year at a prominent catholic local high school.
As I am sure many of you will agree (who have kids) there seems to be NO end to the yearly costs associated with a Catholic education- especially when the kids are in their Senior year!
Now I was never one to join the many parent type clubs (or any other, for that matter) that the school continually tries to get you to join at the beginning of each school year - and this year was no different!
Being persistent as this particular school is, they could not (or maybe"would not" is a better choice of words) take a simple
N-O for an answer, and so the phone calls persisted until I set forth a proven line of strategy used by one of the late great
Hollywood Masters.
Upon receiving the latest of the phone calls asking me for a reason of why I preferred not to join the many organizations offered by the school, my reply was simply....
"I wouldn't join ANY club that would have ME as a member!"
For some strange reason, the phone calls have suddenly stopped!
-Cap'n Noodles-
Hey Dave: I'm glad that U got that clarified.

WARHAWK
Great idea Noodles. I'll have to remember that one.
Being a former Catholic, I can explain this..... Smart asses scare Catholics!!
Somebody told me that the second largest religion in this country is "former Catholics".
Well done, Noodles! Good stuff!
