I have used it. It helped me drop from 188 to 175. Re-starting now, as I re-gained a little on a recent vacation. It's a good motivator.
I use it when I remember to lol but it is a nice set up
I love it and manage all my food and work outs with great results, if you are looking for a virtual workout pal send me a note, same user name as I use here.
