hey guys shaved head for first time ever today

used the gillette fusion power. i had alot of hair to go through and the band has gone white. how much longer should i use it because i cant afford a refill till maybe end of next week

Don't worry about the color ofthe band, rely more on the feel of the shave. Welcome to the group.

Welcome Shane. I agree with Tom, you should be able to get several more shaves out of that blade. If you pour a little alcohol over the blade after you are done so that it dries thoroughly, you can get more life out of it too.

Congrats shane, good to hear you chose to do it. I think you should be able to get a few more shaves from the blade. If it really starts to pull or tug instead of smoothly cutting, then it's time for a new cartridge. Good luck.

Just take your time for starters, do it every day. Won't be long before you are used to it.

In a week or two, you will get the hang of shaving your head. Best of all, the smooth feeling just gets smoother !

Try using some witch hazel after your shave. That should help make your head feel better.
