I think the celebs I've seen who looked the worst without make up are Cher, Barbra Streisand, and Liza Minnelli. Barbra, in particular, was very scary.

I read an article about how Hollywood stars hate high-def movies and TV because they show off all the imperfections. Some even have clauses written into their contracts that require a softening of the focus on close-ups.
As far as women and make-up, it amazes me h\that so many women don't know when to stop putting it on. It's one thing to wear make-up, but it's another thing to have it look like it was put on with a putty knife. -

Yes, Hollywood stars depend on makeup to keep their contracts rolling big bucks for them. Look at Joey Lawrence, for instance. Poor handsome guy ! Just be bald and gay and don't worry about it. Link attached:
