I went from a short buzz to a shaved head 4 months ago. It has taken that long for my wife to get used to my bald head and stop making negative comments.
She has noticed more shaved heads on tv and in stores and restaurants. Whenever we go out to dinner, there are always 3 or more bald heads in the place.

Total support, probably not within the immediate future--I'm getting into my fifth year soon, and she still persists in "wanting my hair back" yet acknowledges it can't happen even if I stop shaving. Oh well, we do this for the 24/7 guy anyway, at least I do.

My wife still hates my shaved noggin. She mentions it weekly. As with other things I have learned to cope.

A few days in and my wife loves it. She said this morning
" Once you go Bald you never go back"
