One thing that I really enjoy about Chrome is that each tab runs as its own process (genius) so if a site that youre viewing crashes or there is a program error, only the tab that started the issue is affected, not the whole program. in other words, it wont take the whole program down with it.
One thing that im not too keen about (and im not sure if its just me) but it seems to be a resource hog. I have a Intel Core2 duo @ 2GHz, 2GB RAM with Mobile Intel 965 Express chipset family.... I would think that would be enough...
About Incognito mode... while it might not cache or log any files or data on your computer, it doesnt stop a web filter or web monitoring software. So you dirty old men will still have to use your proxy servers at work....

But it does seem extremely promising, and M$ (microsoft) needs to watch their six...
