I can almost swear since going sly, my entire mentality has changed, im generally happier work harder on the gunline and everything, and a few sergeants even told me i look more "squared away and, soldier like" because i would let my hair get out of regulation and not exactly care before but now im always within the regulations, plus i've got a few good headrubs from the beautiful little korean girls over here

I'll jump on here and agree. Even 17 days in to it, I already have a (possibly unneeded) ego boost and one hell of a confidence kick. It's pretty cool to be out and about only to have another bald guy acknowledge you. We're part of some underground club, it seems. Even the (no offense to anyone here) older guys that I say "nice hair" to are somewhat friendly with their replies. Before, I wouldn't even have said a word to them, much less acknowledge their presence.
