The Shadow
« on: February 21, 2011, 11:03:59 AM »
Hey guys, any ideas on how to get rid or make the shadow less noticeable. After shaving, I splash on some witch hazle then some proxide to keep the razor burn in check. I thought the proxide would lighten the shadow, but, it doesn't do the job. Is there some sort of hair lightener or other product I can apply that wouldn't cause skin irritation, but, would lighten the shadow? Thanks.

Use the shower, hot water works real well as does exfoliation but the most important thing IMO is the post shave, I will use the coldest water and rinse underneath the shower head and rinse off, this helps will irritation as well as rehydrating.

The other thing that helps is make sure you're taking a B complex and without going into details it will help with skin health, Niacin does a good job for the dermis with the improved circulation of blood flow, b6 helps with hydration and so forth.

The other thing is make sure you're taking EFA's like omega 3's ( fish oil and flax seed )
