Keven,

Mighty fine looking dome you have there.

Judging by your "goat", looks like you had a pretty thick crop on your noggin.

What method/products did you initially choose to get your dome that shadow-free look?

Thanks, in advance for your reply!

Hi Keven,

I recently converted to shower shaving.  It really is so much faster and easier than shaving at the sink.  I still shave my face at the sink, though.

In the shower I wash my head with whatever soap I'm using, then use apricot scrub, followed by applying Shave Secret oil.  Then I lather up some HeadSlick (have been switching back and forth between direct application and using a brush/bowl, think I like direct application better for the shower) and get to work shaving against the grain with a Personna M5.

Bill,

I converted to shower shaving many moons ago because of those two main reasons: more conveinent, and easier to clean-up. (Besides that, if you happen to nick yourself, it's easier to "flush" the nick with warm/hot running water as you frantically search for the styptic pencil. (LOL)

Since your very first post, you reminded me of someone on an old tv sitcom, but I couldn't place who it was until just now.

I don't recall the kid's name, but it was the guy who played the son on the old DONNA REED Show from the 1950's.

Anyone else see the resemblence or is it just me?

I doubt I ever watched that show, but here's a pic where I find the resemblance between Bill and "Jeff" (Paul Petersen) even bigger.  :)
