  Please forgive me for the long absence from SBG. 
  
  Due to my computer biting the big one and a scary health issue I'm back online finally.
  
  Yes, like quite a few of you guys, I've had to lose a healthy amount of weight and live wiser.
  
  Through it all, I never stopped being slick and smooth!  2yrs 5mo.   
  
  To the new guys just starting out, ask questions!  They WILL be answered.  This is a great forum with some of the nicest folks on the internet!

• Thanks so much for the warm welcome back Guys!  I got the official word from my doctor yesterday that I'm back to 100% health-wise.  WHEW!!!  What a load off Mrs. B and myself!  No more pills!
