I know that there was Adam Jones, Quincy Jones (2 of the 5 American presidents to be bald).
Louis XIV I think
Hamid Karzai
Pierre Elliott Trudeau
who else!?
Unfortunately there has only been one bald president since the advent of TV and that was Dwight David Eisenhower. I guess it takes winning a world war to be seen as a worthy candidate if you're bald. Israel's first prime minister David Ben Gurion was bald as was the famed defense minister and architect of the lightning victory in the 6 day war, Moshe Dayan. Israel also had PM Menachim Begin who was bald, PM Itzhak Rabin as well. Anwar Sadat of Egypt was bald. A number of Soviet Premiers were also bald - Krushchev, Gorbachev and of course the leader of the Russian Revolution Vladimir Lenin. It seems that there's a lot more of an aversion to bald leaders in the US and W. Europe than in the rest of the world.
I sure missed the meaning in the title on this one.
I thought you meant BALD as in completely BALD.
Not just bald, as in naturally bald.
Unfortunately then, that leaves none of the people I mentioned. Lenin comes the closest with his close cropped hair and goatee, but in truth not a single shaved head among them. Maybe one day General Odierno will run for office.

Um, wait a minute: we have never had a single U.S. President named Jones, let alone two of 'em...
He meant John Adams and John Quincy Adams.
