Knowing when it's time
« on: October 04, 2010, 01:26:32 PM »
This is a good example of a hairline that has receded to the point that it needs to be dealt with (i.e., shaved).  Mine was perhaps slightly worse than this when I started shaving:

I knew it was time, when I only shaved my head in the summers from 2006 to 2009. Every winter I would let my hair grow back, it was less and less on top of my head. In April 2010, I went and had all of my hair clippered off with no guard, by my wife's beautician and since kept it shaven. Usually by this time of the year I would let my hair grow back. This year is different. I am still shaving it.

Oh yeah he made the right decision.  My hair was slightly more intact than that but not by much when I shaved.  This is a very good visual for people on the fence though

I think he may have been able to get away with a #1 buzz and looked better.
