Coke or Pepsi?

Easy question....
I've had Diet Pepsi and it taste like a chemistry lab experiment gone bad.

Regular Pepsi is too sweet.
The rest of the Pepsi family is (in the House of Schro) not allowed.
Yesterday I had a regular Coke for the first time in years.....

I'm a big time Coke Zero guy.
What say you?

It's funny, I actually think the opposite! Diet coke is too bitter and burns my nostrils when I drink it. I prefer the sweeter taste of Diet Pepsi. Though, I've actually started buying Diet RC at Wal-mart for half the price of the other two and I think it tastes great.

For various reasons I had to adjust and learn to drink Diet Coke when I drink soft drinks several years ago. I've gotten used to it. I tried Pepsi, just too sweet, and if the old gray cells tell me true, the disaster of New Coke was driven by a perception that the public wanted the sweeter flavor of Pepsi--hence Classic Coke that corrected that disaster in marketing. My wife does most of the buying for the house, and she's stuck on either diet or regular Coke. I've had a couple of Zero's and it's not bad. Just can't get the wife to change.
But I know that soft drinks taken as a whole aren't the healthy choice, but I'll have one diet coke or so a week tops. But my guilty obsession is regular Coke during Passover, they make a Kosher for Passover bottle--it has a yellow cap and is sold with the other Kosher for Passover foods. It's made w/ cane sugar rather than high fructose corn syrup that is the usual non-diet sweetener, and I swear you can tell the difference--spicier, richer flavor.

Coke Classic hands down! I usally only drink one or two soft drinks a week so I skip the diet stuff and stick with the hard stuff. I associate those diet drinks with drinking lite beer. That ain't gonna happen!
As for Pepsi...If I go to a place and order a Coke and they tell me all they have is Pepsi I tell them to bring me a water instead.

Prefer Diet Coke, however I can drink any soft drink as long as its diet.
If I drink regular I get a bitch of a headache

To the best of my knowledge (UK guys correct me if I am wrong), you cant buy Diet Dr Pepper in UK, however ASDA's Dr Thunder which is sugar free is yummy. My kids cant tell the difference.

My mom drinks alot of Diet Coke. I don't drink alot of pop, unless I go to a restraunt in that case I'll order Root Beer. If I'm just at a gas station I'll get Vitamin Water or Gatorade.

My preferred beverage is black tea.
Occasionally Coke Zero or some German brands of cola, diet or regular.
Or tap water.
