was just curious about what you guys eat for a healthy snack. i been eating raw veggies alot. celry, carrots, etc. just a little dressing and a pile of veggies.

I've added a couple of ounces of dry roasted, salt-free, nuts to my diet because I found some information that they are a good source of nutrients to boost the "good" HDL cholesterol. I've always liked cashews, and now they're good for me
. For the same reason, I also keep some dark chocolate, 60% cacao or better, around. Tastes great and it's good for you. Done in moderation they don't add significantly to the caloric intake either.

Fujis are my favorite general eating apple too. Funny that on another forum where I hang out it's full of serious Fuji-haters. -

Raw Veggies, Plain Greek yogurt, Fruits, Raw honey, Dates, Raw Nuts ( Lots of them including plain/natural almond butter and PB ), Cliff Bars, Protein Shakes, Beef Jerky and seeds.
