I love Daylight savings! I wish they would just leave it on that time.
There was a year or two, during the Regan administration I think, they did it as part of the cut foreign oil thinking. It was nice--but too many people complained that the kids were going to school in the dark. I didn't understand, how is it different going to school in the dark w/ year round DST, and coming home in the dark after the usual after school activities in standard time?
I mean, until the railroads needed to have standard times for schedules, each community set it's own in the early 19th century.
Thankfully, out here we don't change our clocks. We get plenty of sunlight all year round.
Oh man, that's why people have been complaining that I'm late to everything!

This year it caught me by surprise. But I'm sure glad to be able to do more stuff later in the day with more night sun.
