Alright, yesterday I got a craving for a totally unhealthy but (in my opinion) great tasty food......SPAM. It is the ultimate guy food. Had to fry some up and slap it on toast with a bit of tomato. I got to wondering how many other of the sly brothers would confess to dining on this cardiac treat or had unusual ways of serving it up.

Spam and Eggs, And a side of American Style Fried Potatos. Toast and Jelly, Black Coffee with a touch of Amaretto, and Vodka and Grapefruit Juice. YUM

Damn now I'm hungry, Spam is good to go and Its great on anything with anything....Spam and Eggs with Tobasco, Spam burgers are the Sh!$.

MMmmmmmm... SPAM!!
I love the stuff but only buy it a few times a year...
I'll dice it up and fry it with some eggs and cheese...
Or fried spam and cheese sandwiches...
When I was in Hawaii, McDonalds has Spam McMuffins, Spam Biscuits, and the Big Breakfast had Spam on the side...
Damn! Now I'm hungry for some SPAM!!!! -

If we have any Hawaian brothers out there, they should be able to provide us with a lot of good receipes--it's almost a second national dish there. How about it, or any brothers who have connections with our island state?

I'm not a big fan of SPAM, though I'm around it a lot due to my wife's ties to the Hawaiian community. A popular dish is SPAM Musabi which is SPAM sushi. Rice with Spam on top, wrapped in a seaweed wrapper.

My Dad used to make it for us when we were kids. Friedd up in the skillet with some eggs.
But I can't stand the stuff now...... from the "fart" sound it makes sliding out of the can to the sperm like coating it is wrapped in...
No thanks! Anybody still in the mood for some after reading this?

Never tried spam, but was considering giving it a go after reading a few of the initial postings. After reading Mike's, I think I'll remain a spam virgin.

Funny you should ask Paul... it's been 30 years since I've had any SPAM so last weekend I fried some up with fried eggs and hash browns! I made a sandwich out of the left over slices the next day. YUM!
