Ive decided to post this after seeing people that are thinking about shaving their head, Seven years ago i noticed, and i had really long hair, that i was receeding and thining on top, then a couple of moths later i started joking that i would have my head shaved nad buffed with a power tool, about 7 months later i took the plunge, i did the 30 day rule, the 90 day rule, even the 3 year rule, i have been maintaining a razor shaved head for almost six years, my self esteem about myself has skyrocketed, i finally liked the way that i looked,
My advice is go bald and stay bald
Great story. I agree with the rising of the self confidence. It definitely boosted mine. I can't imagine not being sly anymore. When I wore a hairpiece, I always wished I had hair. Now that I have removed it, I never wish for hair.
i never went to a hair peice, and iam glad i didnt,
Shaved Bald is Beautiful. Now about the power buff, how did that go? And does it shine?
i had really long hair, that i was receeding and thining on top,
Same way I started. Shoulder blade length hair one day.....slick and sly the next. I gave it virtually no thought before I buzzed and scraped my dome.
P. S.: I just noticed that with my 500th post I graduated from Super Sly to.....

Congrats to buddha! I enjoy reading your posts. Keep 'em coming!
When I first went sly there was a time that I was thinking about going to one of those laser hair regenration places. I even went for a consultation & they told me that because my baldness was partly due to MPB and partly due to scalp trauma, I was an excellent candidate for the therapy. (In other words, the credit check went through.

)
So about a week later I was walking down the street, mulling it over whether or not to spend the
three grand it would cost to get the treatments, when I walked past a group of girls who were about 18-19 years old and heard one of them say "Oooh, sexy bald man..." and the others went "MmmHmm..."
I really like my home theatre system.

Ahoy, mates:
Although distressed over the inevitability of MPB for years, I now appreciate that the day I grabbed the razor and shaved myself totally bald was Freedom Day. I never was so desperate that I actually considered plugs or a piece. What God (or, if you prefer, nature) wills, God (or nature) wills. The barber's no-guard electric shears did not do the job I wanted, but Mach III did (now use Fusion). The complete sly make-over all-at-once was right for me, although going slow might be right for others. With time I've come to see that embracing baldness has more advantages than I ever imagined. The way I feel now, I'd probably reject a magic hair-restorer if one became available at an affordable price. So it's bald for life for me. Professor Melon
Good story - - - Is there any other way? - - - - -I sure enjoy being BALD and I am only three months with a shaved melon
I don't think I have much choice in the matter, do you ? !!
