I can't stand those people who clear just a small bit of their windshield off...
In the past few years a couple (US) states have put laws on the books about this. Supposedly you can get ticketed for it, just like in some places you can get ticketed for not having your lights on when the wipers are on.
Pretty sure it is illegal here in Nova Scotia.
