I thought i'd make a real quick thread about how headblade kicks some serious arse.
About a week ago I recieved my headblade set in the mail & took the plunge & become a slyguy. The first time i did it, i did a pretty good job. Not terrific, but not bad.
The 2nd time was faster & this time i focused on using my spare hand to trail behind the razor searching for missed spots...suprise suprise this time I got super great results, leaving me with a great looking bald dome. Something i'm proud of.
Thanks to HB. It's a product & brand i intend on using for a long time!!

Yeah. It's amazing how having a trailing hand would make so much difference!

I personally had problems with the Headblade. I tried it a few times and each time I kniked myself up pretty bad and it was painful. Did I do something wrong?

It could be that you were using the HeadBlade double blades. While they can give a good shave, they are very unforgiving. My suggestion is to start out with a triple blade or the Sensor Excel blades.
Also, a common mistake people make is putting pressure on the blade because they are used to having to do so with traditional razors. No pressure is needed to get a great shave.

I hate to say it after winning one of the HB clears, Head blade rocks the melon, but it falls short on the face, even with the new little fold up razor theyre including in the refill packs. Make a fusion adapter for it and bam!!! it'll be #1.

I use 2 razors whn I shave: my HB Sport and a regular Sensor Excel, both with the Excel blades. I tried using the HB to shave my face, but I discovered that I needed the longer handle for the facial work. I go through twice as many blades because of this, but the improved shave is worth it for me.

I use the HB for the head only......the face gets shaved with the Personna M5.

I recently scored another HB Sport from a friend who tried it and was less than thrilled. I have two sports I alternate using in the shower. I use the HB FaceBlade for its intended purpose and get great results with the Atra II knockoffs from Wally World.
Glad you found great success with the HB PowerBuilder!!!

The M5 is great so far. The back of my head has to get used to the new razor though. A few pimples....but otherwise I am on my 5 shave with 1 razor and so far so good.

While I'm new to being sly -- I tried the Mach the first time and did ok. Picked up a HB Sport at Walgreens on sale and tried it for my second shave and wow. Pushing a blade did take a few seconds to get used to. Am I the only one who loves the scrape feeling you get with the head blade? LOL -- I shaved 2X a day for 2 days just to get that sensation. I've settled down to 1X a day. I do need to pick up some triple blades.
