You've got it right. Once you've stepped in front and taken control of mpb by shaving the remnants, your view of the process changes. It's not a defect or disability--as the rugs, plugs and drugs advocates would have us believe. It's natural, and we believe Sly is the best natural answer to a natural process. So, most definitely we're proud, and you will be too, we promise.

Actually this one I have now is about the third one I have found because I keep finding people with the same one.

I havent spotted this one yet, so fingers crossed.

Hair loss? What hair loss? Some of us (a subset, to be sure) are yet fairly hairy and yet SBC...we like the look of the lack of the locks.
