Hey guys, new here to sbg. I've been lurking for about a month and shaved about a month ago
So i have been running into a problem. Razor bumps, on the back of my neck! i hate it! i guess being a black guy, i am more prone to ingrown hairs unfortunately due to having thick, curly hair. any ways to fix this problem?

After about a year of shaving daily, that happened to me as well. For me, the fix was to simply switch to shaving every other day.

Welcome Ted! Post up and photo and tell us your routine just as the other guys said. There may be something in that routine that you can tweak to help the problem.

Alright here is my routine. I take a shower for about 15 minutes, allow the hairs to get really soft and then shave in front of the sink with a mach 3. I try to do this about two to three times a week. Then afterwards I apply Nivea after shave balm to protect it, and even on my off days I apply the Nivea just for the moisture and protection. I will post a photo later today after i have a fresh bald head
