They showed Howard at the Inauguration Ball last night and he needs to shave in a really bad way.

Or at least get a buzz cut.  He apparently hasn't figured out yet that a long fringe makes a balding head look worse.

i think he looks good bald. although.....the red beard isnt working with the shaved head lol.
