• Greetings to all my sly brethren!
  
  My name is Frank.  I've been shaving my head on and off for the last three years.  I've become more of a summertime sly guy.  I grow back a little bit of hair during the rest of the year.  However, once the temps hit the seventies here in the metro NYC area, I tend to go sly.  
  
  Here are some pictures so you get an idea of what my dome looks like.

  Now, this is totally inappropriate, but are you sporting a toupee in the "before" shots?
  
  Anyway, your dome looks good clean, I suggest keeping it that way.

  Actually, no, that's not a toupee.  My hair actually used to be that thick.  The webcam's a bit fuzzy which adds to the whole "rug effect."  lol
  
  Thanks!  I tend to keep it buzzed tight.  Less than a #1 at the longest.  I do like a slick shave though.  :-D

• Welcome brother! Shaved looks good on you. IMO you look much better bald. Keep it like that. Anyway, have some fun here and check out the posts.

• Avatar photo looks great.    As for the before and after photos...umm, they kinda look the same to me.

• I would probably do what you do if I had enough hair to make a buzz look good.  The MPB that I have keeps me from letting it go to a very tight buzz...  I look too old.  But even if I had all of my hair, I would never go back to having it now that I know how cool shaved feels.  I'll be hitting my 5 year mark in October!  Whoo, hoo!

• Welcome Frank:  now a winter time ex-sly summertime guy. You've got the perfect head for it. I have a little peak and was self-conscious for awhile but after 30 days and many compliments I felt very confident- have fun- its the best forum going.
