The old debate, HB vs Fusion/Mach III.  I found the easiest place to use the HB was on the top of my head, and the hardest on the sides.  Since I don't have much on top anyway, I've always preferred the Fusion, Power or plain.  I've got control, and no cuts to speak of in nearly two years--DFWS.

About 2 months ago I bought a Rolling Razor on their website for my face and I really like the control I get from it. The three blade head is fixed so it acts more like a straight edge than the Fusion does. With a dual sided razor you are not replacing the blades as often either.

Since I went Sly (yesterday) I have used it for my noggin and I am pleased with the results. I did buy some of the sensitive skin blades and have used then exclusively since my first order. They seem to glide better. Anyway....if you like straight edge closness with lots of control I'd recommend the Rolling Razor.

It took a week or so to get use to using it on my face and since I am a noob I'm sure I'll get better using it on my head as time wears on.  The key to closeness is the fixed, not floating blades.

This has been covered before as well:
HeadBlade all the way, it's easy and once you get past the first few shaves, it feels very natural. My choice for shaving the noggin'. I use it with the Atra plus or it's generic twin.   O0

went and got the headblade last week. What could it ya know? I gotta say it made a huge difference, a lot of control and way less time than trying to use just a blade like i had been doing for the last two weeks.

I forgot my HeadBlade this last weekend when I went out of town for a wedding.  My wife uses a fusion for her legs and so I used the Fusion with a new blade to shave my head.  I have to say NEVER AGAIN!  It took me 30 minutes to shave my head!  And at the end I still wasn't as close as I can get with the HeadBlade.  The Fusion is just not for me.

I'm about one week Sly now. I bought a Headblade Sport at CVS. It works good for most of my head but to really get it totally slick I still use my Rolling Razor to finish it off.

The combination cannot be beat!
