After cutting over 80 lbs of fat in the last nine months, it's time to put on some lean mass. It is actually not as easy as I thought. I'll barely break through 3,000 calories today, and it's a struggle. The idea of gaining weight purposely is still something I am trying to wrap my brain around.
Specifically, I started the Anabolic Diet two weeks ago, with today being my first high carbohydrate weekend. I also started Anti Body Building Hypertrophy today as the workout program. My old program was compound, full body workouts three days a week, so today's superset was a nice and tiring change of pace. The diet and workout program are generally well reviewed, so I am hopeful for good results.
Anyone else bulking?
