Yeah you need one.  If you dont have one, most times you can fill out a form then they will give you a card.  I seen it happen today a lady didnt have a card.. before i could offer mine  O:O the sales person gave her a form to fill out.

I'll have to check my CVS's...I never see Headslick there.  I have only seen the headblade.  But they do tend to carry more Bald Guyz products.  I'll have to write my local CVS manager and demand more HB stuff.

Unfortunately, CVS doesn't have any stores here in Washington State!   :'(
