How you doing today? Staying smoke free?
Man, I think I'm going nutz.  I wished I never would have started smoking in the first place...Didn't sleep much last night, but I can say I am still smoke free..so far..

It will get better Bro! I know how you feel! I wished I never started smoking as well. Just remember that once you get throught the first couple of weeks it will be a lot easier! I will warn you of the smoking dreams though. Believe me you will have them and they will seem so real!

Keep up the good work. You will sleep better soon. PM me if you need any encouragement. O0

Thanks... I will probably need it......ALOT. LOT, LOT
I was told to think outside the box, how did I get in the box in the first place?

I hope you can get over the hump where your body has a physical need for the nicoteen. Should get easier after that. Just chew lots of gum and suck on suckers. Seems to help I've heard.
Remember to never take my advice seriously (unless I'm being serious) and you'll do alright.

I could go for some cold turkey on light rye with some swiss, dijon, lettuce and tomatoes.

That will be arranged, my friend.

By the way, let's get this thread back on topic.....33 years ago, my dad came home one day and said "I'm not smoking". Sure enough, he went thru a very tough week or so, but he hasn't lit up a ciggy ever since (he used to be 2+ packs a day).

For those of you trying to kick the "coffin nail" habit, hang in there!
