I use it every night as part of my end of the day routine.

Rinse head with water.
scrub head with Witch Hazel (using a soaked cotton ball)
apply lotion or Aloe vera

Use it each time I shave. Feels cool and helps any nicks. Then finish off with Headlube.

I use it every day after shaving .If I don't shave in the morning I put it on after I wash my head and face.Then I put on Aloe Vera gel.Some times I shave at night still use it then .Love it.

Another vote for everyday here. It helps to tighten up my scalp.
