Now, I don't play golf in the real world - I've always lacked the patience. BUT - I found an online golf game that I've been playing for a couple of months, and I'm pretty well hooked!

www.gimmegolf.comYou have to download about 100 meg worth of files to play. The basic game is free, and will allow you to get a feel for things. If you like it as much as I did, they're having a special right now : $4.99 a month to access more characters and more courses. I think the normal fee will be $9.99 a month (not sure I like it enough to keep playing once the "special" ends.
