I think if someone is texting in the movies, I should, legally, be able to kill them!!  >:D

And talking in the movies, like I paid to see the movie, not to hear the inner most details of you life!! Again, grounds for justafiable murder  :popo

I find myself renting more movies then dealing with fools, but if my kids wants to see a movie,I will take them.At 10 dollars a ticket,I shouldn`t have to deal with a fool and his or her cellphone.
Don`t sweat the small stuff.<a href="http://www.imagechef.com/" target="_blank">

A few harsh comments, but that's okay.  My wife did put the phone on vibrate.  We are actually very sensitive to other people's feelings.  So, there was no noise from her phone.  We also tried to keep the kids quiet during the movie, even though half of the kids in the theater were talking loudly.

When she texted me, she kept her phone down low.  Also, this theater is very modern and has stadium seating.  So, the top of the seat in front of you is at bout knee height.  So, no issues of heads blocking the person behind you.  I'm willing to bet that not a single person in the theater knew that she was texting me, let alone bothered by it.

I'm not a big fan of people texting during a movie and I do think it's rude.  Though, it doesn't bother me if someone makes a text message or two during a movie.  It does bother me when they have their phone out the hole time so that it's glowing.

Along the same lines, I had a guy kicked out of the movie because he was playing his Nintendo DS the entire time.  WTF?  Why even go to the movie?
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

To be fair Tyler, handhelds are addictive when you have a good game. I fell down a flight of stairs playing Rock band on my PSP.
