Depending on where I'm at in my training macrocycle, my supps are different. Right now I'm taking:

Multi-vitamin
Vitamin B6 (100mg twice a day)
Zinc (50mg twice a day)
Fish Oil (2g twice a day)
L-Tryptophan (before bed)
Tylenol PM (before bed)

Cytosport Muscle Milk (2 times a day)

Biotest Powerdrive (before workouts)
Biotest Spike (before workouts)

yeah dude i've taken a whole SLEW of supplements!!! right now, since i'm on my cutting phase of my body transformation, i'm only taking a multivitamin and a fat burner ( lipo-6) and whey protien... BUT, when i was on my bulking/strength phase, i was on N.O. EXPLODE, Nitrix, L-glutamine, Creatine, Whey protien, and ZMA. I went to school for exercise science and health, so i know a little bit about this stuff  O0

Every SBG should be taking Astaxanthin, its a carentenoid ( Vit A ) and it helps fight free radicals and helps with inflamation/skin protection. It does wonders for me, especially when Im outside in the sun.

B-6 is good for anxiety and it's a good sleep aid. A good combo for stressed out individuals is B-6, Magnesium and zinc. I would follow rwards protocol two doses, one in the morning and then before bed.

Not a whole lot different then most of the other posts.

Daily:

Whey protein
Orange Triad (multi vitamin, joint support and digestive aid all in one)
Fish oil (Animal Omega)
BCAA

Weight lifting days:

Everything above plus the non-caffeinated version of Ragnarok - happy as heck with the stuff.

Just got in a bottle of Uni-liver (which is desiccated beef liver) and will be adding that to my dailies.
