Title: Hey...lurker now being non lurker

I have been thinking about going sly for a while now...and today I made the move and I am no longer lurking...

I have read all the great advice posted and I so far the reaction has been solid as I only cut off my hair like 30 mins ago...

Thanks for the inspiration

Thanks....it really helped to have the forum and all of the information before I made my move to sly...I already bought my headblade...just need to load up on the moisturizers and get this thing a lil tan...so far the male reaction has been all positive (not that I care so much) but the female reaction has been good (wife) to OMG  and "I'll get used to it". 

I work in nightclubs so it will be most interesting when I show up Saturday night

Welcome DJ!  One of my buddies is a DJ - owns the site http://www.karma.fm - and wears the SBG t-shirt when he's working a set.  Told me the reason that he wears it is that he always has the ladies coming up and asking if that's him on the shirt.

Yeah, I am giving it 30 days....I think I will probably rock the sly look until the end of summer and then re evaluate...I was in need of a change...

Do they sell an all in one headblade pack?  i saw a start kit but none seem to be in stock...

Welcome aboard DJ glad to have you. The look suits you fine hope you find happiness with it. Headblade does sell several different all in one packs on thier website. When I started out I ordered one from the website and it had all I needed to get going. I don't know if the stores that carry headblade have these packs since we don't have any of those stores here in Alaska.

Alright - I bought some products.  I was surprised to see that Rite Aid had a bunch of headblade products.  I bought the 3 blade replacements but I am a lil concerned about it.  But I also got the head wash and the headslick.  I also got some after shave.  I think I am gonna wait a day or two before I try the shave (sunday) and get super sly.  I did a quick once over with my electric, not bad at all.  I also got the sport spf30 sun block to protect the dome...

I will post a new pic once I do the headblade shave

Hey dj, welcome to SBG's. Hope you are digging the new look, and if you give it the thirty days, you should become much more comfortable with both the look and actually shaving. It gets easier as you go along.
Don't give up on the HeadBlade, stick with it and you will become proficient in using it.

Enjoy the forum, and post up a pic when you can.    O0
