Title: Tenatively scheduled my vacation....

Well, vacation time is knocking at our doors again.  I am far more than ready for a vacation..as well as the rest of my family.

We always head down to Sarasota/Tampa/Bradenton area every summer as we have a free place to stay.   Even though it isnt right on the beach, it is only about a 10  minute drive.  We still enjoy it all the same.

I have contacted a few SBG members who live in that area.  We are scheduling our vacation around the July 4th week.  I would like to invite all area SBG's to come over for a day of BBQ.  I am planning on making my speciality...Bourbon Street Chicken.  It would be nice if you didnt already have plans for the 4th that we could do it on that saturday.
We have never been down there for the 4th, and thought it would be nice to have a small 4th party and then go somewhere and watch the fireworks. 

So if any of you are interested please contact me and we can work out the details.  You are more than welcome to bring your family or a few friends if you would like.  I know Nomad is up for it and he is the only one I have actually met before.  For those of you who might have kids, I have three, ages 15, 11 and 9.  I am sure if you brought yours we would all have a good time.

I am also asking that if you do come, if anyone has a game of "Corn hole" or any outdoor games if you could bring that with you.  We have some here but I really do not want to pack all of that to bring down.

Apparently "Corn Hole" means something totally different here on the east coast. Mind filling us in?

Um, yeah. I'm a transplant to the midwest. Imagine my surprise at getting an email at work telling people to sign up now for cornholing teams for the office picnic.
