Would love to know the reason why she shaved her head. I am not a Britney Spears fan by any stretch of the imagination but I actually think she looks pretty good bald. She is making a statemant with shaving her head. What that statement is, I have not a clue.

Before I went bald, I used to shave my head when I needed a big change or if I was unhappy where my life was heading. A bit more extreme for a female pop star to do so. Whatever her reasons are, it takes some serious cojones for her to do that.
I think it looks good, but I gotta say Natalie Portman gets my vote.

If she was a grounded person and decided to do it I'd applaud her pluck. Seeing as her life has seemed to be out of control of late I feel sorry for her and hope she doesn't regret her decision.
This Spears thing sort of reminds me of the flip side of the coin when I saw Sinead O'Connor with hair . I was so used to seeing her bald it was weird.
As for how it looks? Not bad. She has a nice shaped noggin. I wouldn't throw her out of my limo ::)

I kinda wonder if it was just to get attention. if so it seems stupid. if there are other reasons i would like to know them. but maybe she was so tired of all the other crap we have been hearing about her, she felt like she needed to do something drastic to turn the attention away from other hairless parts of her.

Why did Britanny have to make herself ugly by shaving her head. I'm not a fan of hers because I think she has the morals of an ear wig. My only guess would be that either she's into heavy drugs like Anna Nicole or she's mentally ill or both.A woman like that should not be allowed to raise children. I stand by my opinion that bald is ok on men but it is definitely not a good look for women.My God,Britanny looks like something you would see staring down at you if you woke up in the middle of the night.Totally horrifying.

Not that I feel sorry for her or her millions of dollars selling terrible music worldwide, but after all these years of being in the spotlight something has to give. Everyone is human and I hope she makes a full recovery of whatever problems she may have. (as long as she doesn't put out any more albums ;))

About 5 years ago I went on a few dates with her and she was totally psycho so I never asked her out again. She kept calling and calling and finally I said, "The only way I would ever date you again, is if you shaved your head."

Interesting. Appearently she checked into rehab for 1 day, then shaved her head at a beauty salon while her body guard kept the people working there distracted. She totally did it on a whip, thus the wig you see in all the pictures now. If she had intended to do it, and was confident in her decision, I think she'd be showing it off, as it is now, it just seems she's a confused girl who hasn't had a chance to make any of the mistakes the rest of us had.

I am all for Brit shaving her head... I can't stand her music and she's not all that good looking... but the look seems to suit her (at least out of focus from the side).
But honestly, I gotta tell ya.. between Brits new haircut and Anna Nicholes baby I am afraid to turn on the damned TV. I'm ready for something else to make it into the news.

I guess this is old news... But Brit shaved because FED-X threatened to get some of her hair and have it drug tested. I have to say that she is one of the ugliest BALD celebrities that I have seen. Don't take me to seriously though, I would not wizz on a Britney Spears Album to Put out a Fire, why waste the time and effort. f*rg^
As far as Hot Celebs go, I don't care who you are, Demi Moore in GI JANE has got my vote, and I hope she has everyone else's for one shier fact of life... If she had shaved off her hair to hide evidence of drug use, she'd have been sure that everything had been swept up and disposed of, don't you think?

If you the person shaving your head to avoid the drug testing, would you take that chance? If somebody bids a fortune and wins the hair, the authorities will know who has it and could subpoena it.
