MUSHROOMS!!! I absolutely love them!
-
I also love black olives on pizza!
-
Tunafish and banana
-
I will never turn down a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, but two of my absolute favorites are bar-b-que beef pizza or sauerkraut and Canadian bacon. Yummmmmmm
-
our normal is sausage, x pepperoni and x cheese. WE have been sorta stuck on a new pizza that our local establishment has started serving. Chicken with bacon and ranch covered with cheese. Talk about awesome pizza...right there boys!
-
Black olives are high on the list but all time fav is pineapple and ham!!!!
-
MUSHROOMS!!! I absolutely love them!
Gee, agreeing with Koz again....scary.
Love mushrooms. I could eat a mushroom pizza (with some garlic). Also, onions and sausage.
-
Paul's right about never turning down pepperoni or mushroom, it's delicious. I also enjoy bbq chicken, and white pizza with ham.
-
pepperonis + jalepenos
-
I am amazed that no one has made a commment regarding my tunafish and banana. That was a joke. There was a TV advert in the UK years ago where a pregnant woman gets her husband to order tunafish and banana pizza from the takeaway. My real favourite is chilli beef pizza with jalapenos
-

>:DI don't know about Scotland, but here in Louisiana we don't joke about food. >:D
Anchovies; on a thin crust, my favorite, or a thick crust--also liked--got to have anchovies, Italian sausage, red pepper flakes, roasted garlic is good too. On the smaller single serving pizzas, there's a place in Louisiana, the Louisiana Pizza Kitchen, that makes a smoked salmon pizza that will knock your socks off--even if it does sound weird. Except for a bagel w/ cream cheese and Nova in New York City, it's one of my favorite ways to consume smoked salmon.
-
All the meat and veggies they have.. Put some ranch on the side to dip it in.
-
MUSHROOMS!!! I absolutely love them!
Gee, agreeing with Koz again....scary.
Obviously kindred brothers on opposite coasts..... ;D
-
Pepperoni and green chile
-
Hmmm... Pizza.... I know what I'm having for supper today...
Bacon, sausage, ham, onions, green olives and extra cheese!!!
Anything else is just not right!
-
If it has meat/veggie and a bottle of tabasco within proximity I'm good to go.
.......BTW Paul, the sauerkraut and ham sounds damn good ;D
-
One of my faves is meatball or sausage and onions.
Peppers and onions work well too, in fact pretty much anything with onions is ok with me.
Sprinkle some crushed red pepper, grated parmesan and it's complete.
-
I love the junk pizza, I miss the good ol Chicago Style Sausage, Pepperoni, Onion, Green Pepper, Olives, Tomatos, tons of Cheese, piled up in a deep crust...ummm delicous!!!!
-

The H_ll you do, you've got wonderful veggies--and that can be hard to find on this side, not only great beef, but fantastic lamb and venison. I ate a great venison dinner at an in on Loch Ness!. And Scotch whisky--my God, I did a crawl w/ a solicitor in Stornoway some years back, tastes of heaven. The Guinness is fresher, served at proper temperature. No you don't eat the same food as we do--and the only really bad thing, and why would anyone order one there anyway :/O :/O, the hamburgers suck. So you just don't know much about pizza--well that's no sin, New Yorkers and Chicago folk will argue until Doomsday about the virtues of thin and pan pizza.
-
I am very similar to Warhawk, but I like SALAMI and mushrooms. Though, an all meat and mushrooms is fantastic as well.
On the topic of where the pizza is from, I do like Lou's in Chicago and a few places in NY, but West Coast pizza is the most underrated food there is.
-
Some of my favorite combinations include:
-Ricotta, basil, cherry tomato
-Good old pepperoni (washed down with a Coke)
-Pineapple and ham (or sausage)
-
Anyone heard of New Haven style pizza, in Connecticut? In CT, everyone has and there are copy-cat pizza places all over the state. Our most well-known place is Pepe's, but Sally's and Modern Pizza are great too. These places have been around forever and presidents have eaten there. There is usually a 2-hour wait to get into Pepe's, even during the week.

What are you talking about? A west coast pizza place just won the best pizza in the country... I know I was dumbfounded too. I thought the judges had to have been paid off :*))

I am with the pepperoni and mushroom dudes!! Simple but satisfying!! O0

Aloha all SBG's(and gals):
I've only posted a few times since joining last year because I've been working round the clock on a Bald project... I'll be talking w/ Tyler about it. SBG has the greatest info for the bald community that I've seen online- congrats on the longevity. I'm currently living on Maui but returning back to Oregon or Clif soon. Re: pizza, Tyler may have eaten at one of my pizza restaurants in San Jose as that's where I opened my chain of STUFT PIZZA shops in 1980. Tyler, lease let me know if you have tried the pizza- the shops are now called Tomatoe Thyme, opoerated by my ex-partner. RE: toppings: high on my list: good old pepperoni, mushroom, sausage, olive and onion.
Thks for listening and keep up the great qustions, comments and above all, concern for your fellow SLY, The BigBaldKahuna

Aloha, Kahuna! Actually, I grew up with a girl whose parents owned the Stuft Pizza shops in my hometown. One of my favorite pizza places to date.
-
I didn't know they just had another pizza contest. I'll have to find out who won.
-
A pizza place in the small town where I grew up made a killer spaghetti pizza.
It was a thick crust with almost bread like side walls- then piled about 2 inches high with spaghetti & meatballs and covered with mozerella.
1 piece would be about all you could eat but it was different and very good!
