Title: Update on my Daughter's surgery..........
Post by: Mikekoz13 on April 07, 2009, 06:07:11 PM: Guys..... it went very well. The surgery was longer than expected but the break was very bad. My daughter has a fair amount of pain but man was she a trooper today.
My wife and I are exhausted from the day so I won't be on here very long tonight.

I have a couple of interesting stories about some things that happened at the Hospital today...... I'll post them tomorrow. All very good and I'm sure interesting to many.

Now to you SBG Brothers.......

From the bottom of my heart Thank You to all that sent Prayers in my previous thread about the surgery. Also Thank You to all who PM'd me with Prayers and words of encouragement. Lastly, Thank You to all that read my thread and had my daughter in their thoughts today.

I want you all to know that a short time before my daughter went into the surgery, I told her how so many of you were praying for her and thinking of her. She smiled and said "All the Bald Guys?"
I told her yes and she smiled nice and big and giggled.

Also, a very special Thank You to my Friend Hawar for a very kind gesture to my daughter on his part.

Please know Guys, that even a big tough old City boy like me is humbled by the Friendship and kindness of my Brothers on here.

My daughter is so much better this evening. She's clinging to her big brother like a little leech though. :*)) He's being a VERY good big brother too.
