Just wondering if anyone here knows anything about the HeadBlade Street Team, such as how to become a part of it? I think I saw in someones signature that they were a part of it, but I can't remember who it was now.

I'm pretty sure you can sign up at Headblade.com or you can contact write to them on their Myspace page - myspace.com/headblade. JB runs the myspace page and is a member here - he'll help you out.

I signed up for it a couple of years ago, after I started using the headblade. Never received anything for it though.

I think it is in Hammerhead's sig where you saw that. I signed up for it a couple of years ago and never received any stuff either.

They cancelled the Street Team, a while ago, I'm not sure exactly when but I do know it no longer exists.

I filled out the form several times and never received anything so I emailed them directly to find out why. After I emailed I got the SWAG within a few days. Pity they got rid of the street team.

Yeh I just talked to Mac at HeadBlade, he said they cancelled it about two years ago, because it just got too big to handle. They were getting tones of people trying to sighn up.

Thanks for the heads up before I wasted a lot of time trying to find out about it. That sucks that they got rid of it, I would've loved to have been a part of that!

email Mac anyway. You never know, you might still get some SWAG. Couldn't hurt to try.

Speaking of business cards, I was thinking about making some SBG business cards. With the Logo and my username and the web address and stuff like that. Would anyone else be interested?
I am going to email Mac about some cards, too!

I think the street team idea was a great idea from head blade, but now that they are big enough it is not as needed :( and becomes a very high cost to the company from peps looking for free swag. I tried sign up for it too, a while back but got nothing. :'( I never thought about just using the myspace site. :-[

go to headblade myspace sight they helped me a few weeks ago

I was a member of The Street Team. Joined 2003 just after shaving my head. Still have the t shirt and wear it often. Its faded now and I cut the sleeves off when I lived in the desert but I enjoy advertising that I am BBC. There really wasn't any "swag" to speak of other than the shirt. Some decals for the car and business cards to hand out.
