Friends!

Has anyone used a Dyna Flex or Powerball before?? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZctcZ-DsNBs

OMG these things are so fun! I bought one today at Academy and it kills! I cannot believe the torque and speed they produce. amazing. My partner and I sat around all day at the office today messing with it. Talk about a fun competition! Dudes i recommend to try one of these out if you already havent!

Oh man it was only 17 dollars at Academy. BTW where are you in AR? They have high speed competition models that go up to $100! freaky!

I have lived in Russellville and Fayetteville.  But I'm in Oklahoma now.  I tried to get both plates but I wasn't able to do it in my profile options.  I still have the AR plates so I like my SBG one to match.

I'm going to have to get one; anything that's fun and inspires me to take part in physical activity or movement is well worth it!

Unfortunately, we don't have an Academy in NW Arkansas (yet), but my job keeps me hopping between Little Rock, Tulsa and Oklahoma City.
