I thought this stuff only happened in New Orleans--I mean is Seattle trying to one up our clowns at City Hall? :/O :/O :/O  I've told people about it and we're dumbfounded at the excess of empty space between the ears of the guys leading the Seattle fiasco.  Are you sure C. Ray Nagin isn't advising your guys?  Although C. Ray is Sly, it hasn't helped :o :o :o us out.
