Title: Going sly was the best thing i have ever done
Post by: fcb2001 on February 15, 2009, 08:08:31 AM: Last night I had someone tell me that i look 10 years younger it was a lady, and that i look awesome bald, i will be 33 this summer, iam still in shock about it.

Post by: Dan-O-Mite on February 28, 2009, 11:29:30 AM: As far as my hair is concerned...getting rid of it was the best choice I ever made. Its done wonders for confidence and it dosen't hurt that the ladies like it too, not that they are interested in me, but anywho.

- The logistics are taken care of, no driving to the barber.
- Dont have to spend 40-60 per month at the barber ( 20$ per haircut , the bay area is expensive )
- No more waiting ( even though my barber was worth the wait )
- Anytime my hair does grow out for let's say a week, it becomes itchy and drives me nuts. I think it's now in my genes or ingrained in me to be sly.
- I do look younger and I look very young for my age ( 27 ) and more older women hit on me.
- Im a sly guy now and sly guys commit to being sly.

I love sly and don't plan to ever "go back."

That in itself wasn't a problem but I thought I'd go sly just to see how it would look - and was overjoyed with the results! I'm sometimes asked if I'd ever grow back my hair and the answer would be a most definite 'no'! It's worth the sacrifice of getting up at 5am for work and spending ten minutes in the bathroom making sure that my head's as smooth as it can be. It's kind of satisfying and reassuring in an unexplainable sort of way. I also like the sly look anyway and even better with facial hair.

I started scraping about five years ago and the wife didn't like it very much. So after about 2 years I gave in and let it grow in to a really short buzz cut. But I really missed my sly look. So I did the only thing I could do. I got rid of the wife and went back to Sly about 4 months ago.
Best thing I ever did next to getting rid of her!
