Title: Bald Guyz Moisture Gel and Head Wipes
Post by: rward086 on February 07, 2009, 08:05:40 PM: After hearing 100% positive reviews on a lot of the Bald Guyz products, I decided to hit up CVS and buy whatever BG products they had. I found the moisture gel and head wipes.

Moisture Gel - Goodbye Headlube! I was blown away by this post-shave product. It had a clear, runny consistency that made my head incredibly smooth and shiny without making it greasy. It also seemed to actively close my pores. My head has never felt or looked so good with ANY post-shave cream or gel. This product was way better than the Headblade Glossy and Matte Headlube I have. I've found both to be too thick and greasy for me after about a month of varied usage. Everyone's body chemisty will work with products differently, but I am ditching my Headlube. I have 2 bottles of the Matte and 1 of the Glossy, and I don't know what to do with them! A+

Headwipes - Another great product. I liked the scent and how it noticably closed my pores after use. I also like how there are 16 wipes included, compared to Headblade Headwipes, which only includes 12. I also noticed BG head wipes are much less per wipe. My only complaint is that I wish the wipes were a bit moister, as they dried up fairly quick while wiping my head. Adding some cold water to the wipe helped greatly however. I also wish they were a bit larger, to cover my big head. I haven't used Headblade Headwipes yet, so I can't compare the two. B+

Overall, I've been very impressed with the quality of Bald Guyz products so far. The sad thing is, the ONLY thing that kept me away from the product line so far was the pictures of the random bald guys on the products. I wish I knew what I was missing!

As for the Headblade products... There has been a lot of hype about the product line, but for me it's been hit or miss with the quality of the products.

Headshed
Headclear

Dislike:

Headblade (both original and sport)
Headlube Matte
Headlube Glossy
