wish me luck. i FINALLY met a 20 yr old gal who doesnt care that im balding. im extremly nervous though because this is really the first actual "date" ive had since i started losing my hair so im feelin a little self conscious. i hope it goes well. its not one on one though so it shouldnt be that bad. its me, her, my buddy (who introduced us), and this girl hes talking to.
any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated at this point lol.

Good luck tonight Ghost. My advice would be NO self deprecating humor about your bald head. Remember: You are YOU with or without hair. Don't make an issue of it with this girl and let her see all of your redeeming qualities.
If you NEED to mention your head to break the ice or make yourself more comfortable I suggest saying something like (while rubbing your head) "Head rubs feel SOOO good!" and give a sheepish smile. She may discover she enjoys rubbing the noggin. You're home free after that my friend.
Other stuff would be don't talk about yourself too much. Ask questions and remember the answers. Give her a genuine compliment. Make eye contact and smile but don't stare the whole time. Don't look away every time she looks at you!!! Breath MINTS!!! My last suggestion would be to ignore all my advice and be yourself.
Relax and have fun brother!

Just try to be laid back and have fun. Don't have any preconceived expectations other that to have fun with friends. That way she can see what a cool guy you are.

In the time you've been here I've learned that you're a nice guy with a good sense of humor.
Be yourself, be relaxed and funny, and remember one of the most important rules of dating....... ask her about herself and don't talk about yourself too much unless of course she keeps asking about you.
One more thing.... remember to flash that award winning smile that you have.

I can only add this: God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason. It is cliche, but it is true. Really be present with this young woman, listen to her words as though they are liquid gold, and smile and laugh often.
She will go home wondering when her next opportunity with you will be.
