Hey all,
I've got the MPB thing going on upstairs and it reached the point a few years ago (about 27) when I couldn't bear the thinning on top and buzzed it down. Eventually after a few months I shaved it smooth but damn I've got a spotty head.
There are 2 or 3 really noticeable moles that stick out and a heap of smaller freckly-moles up there and I swear I nicked every one of them. (None of them are the dangerous type, I get them checked out.)
Anyway I really got self-conscious about the appearance of the larger ones and that's stopped me shaving since. Has anyone else had this problem and had them removed? Does it leave nasty scarring? I've had moles removed elsewhere and not left too noticeable a mark behind but a bald head is a bit more noticeable than my leg or back.
It freaked me out so much I stopped even buzzing and went back to keeping it short enough to not look like a combover of sorts (the reason I buzzed in the first place) but not buzzed. The appearance isn't the only concern, I'm honestly worried about skin cancer as I'm the skin type for it, and I'm covered in moles already without exposing more, but I'm damned if I'll put up with a horrible MPB-do that kills my confidence.
Is there someone who can help me out here?

Welcome here!
First: Ask your dermatologist.
I had a mole and got it removed by lasersurgery. It left a little mark which nobody sees, just me.
And think: Scars are signs of our life. O0
