So I'm a Physical Therapy/Health and Fitness Major and I'm doing one of my many projects. What I need from whoever feels comfortable enough to share is Your Current Height and Weight and then the desired Weight you think would be ideal for yourself to be "Healthy". If you are already there tell me that. I won't reference anyone specifically but I am going to group you guys into the members of Sly Bald Guys. So this will get the site a little advertisement because these projects are overseen by a ton of teachers and higher ups.. Plus they post them in the school. I know it may seem a little broad especially with the word Healthy thrown out there without explanation but that's part of the project. Thanks!

right now im 5'11" 140 lbs. i want to be around 170 to be considered a "healthy" weight.
-
5' 11" 210 my doctor said 195 would be good for my frame. i have lost almost twenty pounds in the last couple months. so another 15 should be easy.
-
I'm 5'11" and around 185. I'd love to be 175 again and a 32 waist.
-
I am 5' 10.5" and weight 195, would love to be down to about 170, my waist is a 34 but my belly needs to go..
-
I'm 5'6 and weigh in at 152. To be healthy, I think I need to weigh in at 140.
...and yes, I'm short. 8)
-
Im 5'11", at 180 lbs. I feel that im at a decent weight, i just want to trade some of the jiggle for a little more muscle.
-
I'm 6' and 165lbs, which I consider healthy. I work out several days a week, and I obviously don't have much body fat. Especially for a man, it's rarely unhealthy to be too thin unless it's very extreme or he has very low cardio endurance capability, in my opinion.
I would like to be 185lbs. Even if that was without working out I would still consider that a healthy weight. Even with low muscle mass 185 isn't too bad for a 6' guy. Of course I would like to be 185 with a good amount of muscle from working out.
I'm 29, so this is what applies to me now. If I was 60, it would be different.

I am 5ft 6inch! Another short one Cam!!
I am actually pretty under weight, due to illness I am about 119 pounds, I guess for my size I should be 140 pounds!
-
Currently 5' 11" 175lbs. Ideal weight is 185 which is what I was before I broke my ribs in Dec.
-
I'm 6ft 205 but worked out for years so its hard to lose. But I work out twice a week (muscle workouts) and once a week (cardio). I used to be 165 until approx. 1992. (long story). Honestly; I starved myself for years to keep between 165-170 and at this point couldn't care less (within reason) what I weigh.,
-
I'm currently 6' 2" and about 205. Figure my healthy weight to be about 200 or so, especially if I got rid of the beer belly......but people who have known me for years say I've never looked better. I used to be very skinny.
-
I am 6ft and 157lbs with a 32 waist. Would like to be a bit heavier altho this is much improved on a few years ago when I was mega skinny.
-
5'9 and 190 punds.
I'd like to get to at least 180 since I was a bit more ripped during that time... :-X
-
OK, moovvee over my lighweight sly brothers, let a big man through. 6'3" and 295 lbs. (You can see me alot on the food related forum threads!) For me to be in the skinny healthy range would be 225 (like when I was living in China!) I am currently on a diet, walking, and just started lifting weights. That pic of me on the left, that's not my wifey on my lap, just ingeneously made up belly flappage! Lol
-
6' 2" 235 and getting back to working out. I would like to get down to about 210-215, keeping the muscle, of course.
-
5'11",160, 33" waist
I consider myself at a healthy weight. Although some people tell me I should be 175-180. I weigh more now than I ever have in my life.
-
6'0 and 165.4 .... Just weighed. Would like to gain about 10 lbs
-
Thanks guys! putting the finishing touches on it today and turning it in tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes
-
6'2" 262 lbs. Conventional wisdom says I should weigh around 190lbs though my doc says I am too large framed for that so my goal would be around 220lbs
