Title: mach 3 turbo users.

how many close shaves can you get before having to change the blade? it seems to vary for me. sometimes i can go as long as 8-10 shaves before having to change the blade while other times a blade only lasts 2-3 times before either getting dull or having either the aloe strip or rubber strip fall off.

does that mean i get fault blades every once in awhile?

Most blades should give you at least 7 days.  So, I'd say if they aren't, then they are probably lemons.

I usually get a week's worth (7 shaves) out of my M3's. I make sure to dip the razor in alcohol after each shave. Really helps keep the razors from deteriorating.

I get about two weeks out of a Mach III blade, so that's about 12 to 14 shaves.
